Italy has enjoyed a lengthy “love story” with coffee. Caffè Borghetti has a symbolic place in Italian history since it was first produced in the year of the Italian Reunification…1860. Signor Borghetti first formulated his recipe for this “sensuous” liqueur and adopted the simplest solution for naming it, combining his surname with the key ingredient (espresso coffee). Thus Caffè Borghetti was born.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka
½ oz. Caffè Borghetti
1 oz. Fresh Milk Cream

METHOD
Fill a flat short tumbler with ice. Pour 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka and ½ oz. Caffè Borghetti, and stir gently. Using a spoon, top with the fresh milk cream previously cooled down and shaken.
